By accessing the Website, applying for membership, purchasing a membership, attending any event, or otherwise participating in our community, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION & ADMISSION

Membership in The Referral Project is subject to an application and approval process.

A non-refundable membership fee is only charged upon acceptance into the membership program.

A one-time application fee of $297 is required to apply. If an applicant is not accepted into membership, the application fee will be refunded in full.

Submission of an application and payment of the application fee does not guarantee admission. The Referral Project LLC reserves the right to approve or deny any application at its sole discretion for any lawful reason.

MEMBERSHIP FEES, RENEWALS & CANCELLATION

The Referral Project LLC may offer monthly memberships, annual memberships, or other membership plans at its discretion.

Membership fees are non-refundable once membership has been approved and activated.

Members may cancel their membership at any time. Cancellation will stop future recurring charges but will not entitle the member to a refund of previously paid membership fees.

The Referral Project LLC reserves the right to modify membership pricing, plans, benefits, and features at any time. Existing members will receive reasonable notice of any pricing changes before such changes take effect.

MEMBER DIRECTORY & CONTACT INFORMATION

Membership may include access to a member directory and other networking tools.

By participating in the membership, you acknowledge that certain information you voluntarily provide, including but not limited to your name, company name, email address, phone number, website, social media profiles, and other business-related information, may be visible to other members.

Members agree not to sell, rent, scrape, harvest, distribute, or otherwise misuse member information for unauthorized marketing, solicitation, or commercial purposes.

NETWORKING & REFERRAL DISCLAIMER

The Referral Project LLC provides networking opportunities, educational resources, referral-building opportunities, business development resources, community access, virtual meetings, member directories, and related services.

The Referral Project LLC does not guarantee referrals, introductions, leads, clients, contracts, business opportunities, revenue, sales, profits, business growth, or any specific outcome from participation in the membership.

Each member is solely responsible for their own business decisions, relationships, marketing activities, sales efforts, and results.

MEMBER CONDUCT

Members agree to conduct themselves professionally, respectfully, and ethically at all times.

The following conduct is prohibited:

• Harassment or discrimination

• Threatening or abusive behavior

• Spam or excessive solicitation

• Fraudulent or deceptive business practices

• Sharing confidential member information without permission

• Activity that damages the reputation or operation of the membership community

The Referral Project LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate any membership immediately and without refund for violations of these Terms or conduct deemed harmful to the community.

EVENTS, MEETINGS & PROGRAM CHANGES

Membership may include virtual meetings, networking sessions, educational training, webinars, conferences, events, directories, resources, discounts, and other benefits.

The Referral Project LLC reserves the right to modify, add, remove, substitute, reschedule, cancel, or discontinue any membership benefit, feature, event, speaker, training, platform, or offering at any time without liability.

TESTIMONIALS & SUCCESS STORIES

By submitting testimonials, reviews, feedback, success stories, photographs, videos, or other content to The Referral Project LLC, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use such content for marketing, promotional, educational, and business purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the dispute resolution provisions contained herein and any litigation permitted under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in Ohio.
