What if my industry seat is already taken?
We are actively filling multiple Founding Groups, so if your industry seat is taken in one group, we will place you in another. Your industry is protected within your group, and we match you to the best available group based on your specialty and application. You'll never be turned away simply because one seat was filled.
How big are the groups?
Each group is capped at a maximum of 25 members, by design. This isn't a room where you get lost. Every member is known. Every member is referred. Two trained facilitators run each group to ensure the quality of connection and intentionality of every meeting is maintained at the highest level.
What if I miss a meeting?
Life happens, we get it. Members can miss up to 5 scheduled meetings per year. What we ask is that you show up with intention when you're there, and honor the commitment you've made to the people in the room.
How is this different from a mastermind?
A mastermind is built around strategy and peer advisory. The Referral Project is built around revenue, specifically, creating warm referrals through intentional relationship-building.
